1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the Healthcare Protection Certificate (HPC) course offered by Healthcare Protection Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with enrollment.

2. Identity Verification and Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on official documents
• Valid South African ID number or Passport number
• Accurate contact information (phone and email)
• Current employer information (if applicable)
• Valid PSIRA registration number (if applicable)

Providing false information may result in certificate revocation and account termination without refund.

3. Course Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment fees:

• First Enrollment: R 650 (includes all lessons and one exam attempt)
• Exam Repeat: R250 (available only after failing an exam)

4. Refund Policy

Non-refundable after access is granted. Once you have been granted access to the course materials following successful payment, the enrollment fee is non-refundable. This includes cases where:

• You choose not to complete the course
• You fail the examination
• You are unable to access the course due to personal circumstances
• Your account is terminated for violation of these terms

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that prevent access, if reported within 24 hours of payment.

5. Examination Rules

During the examination:

• You must complete the exam within the allocated time (60 minutes)
• A passing score of 90% is required to earn the certificate
• Questions are randomized for each attempt
• You are not permitted to use external assistance or reference materials
• Failed attempts require payment of R250 for a new attempt

6. Certificate Authenticity and Anti-Fraud

The Healthcare Protection Certificate is a legitimate credential issued by Healthcare Protection Academy.

• Each certificate has a unique verification number
• Certificates can be verified online by employers and third parties
• Falsifying, altering, or misrepresenting certificates is prohibited
• Sharing exam content or answers with others is prohibited
• Taking the exam on behalf of another person is prohibited

Violations may result in certificate revocation and reporting to relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including text, images, and PDF resources, are the intellectual property of Healthcare Protection Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Healthcare Protection Academy provides educational content for security professionals. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or specific career benefits from completing this course. The course content is for educational purposes and should be supplemented with facility-specific training.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
